Full & Part-time management
As home & business owners ourselves, we understand the importance of how you wish for your property to be managed and treated, and so we offer hosts the flexibility of either full or part management of their properties, and a variety of pricing structures to best meet your needs.
We work with holiday rental platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb and VRBO, and are happy to discuss other options too.
All of our clients have different requirements and so we aim to cater to their needs to the best of our ability. In addition to our management services, we also offer:
Linen
We offer full holiday let linen rental and laundry at a highly competitive price, and use high quality linens for all of our client properties.
Maintenance
We take the pain out of holiday let maintenance by proactively suggesting maintenance for our team to carry out, and we promptly respond to any urgent situations which arise, including organising and engaging with relevant tradespeople.
Cleaning Services
Our sister business, Kwik Clean Ltd, established in 2019, will take care of all of your holiday let cleaning needs. Our team have decades of experience in cleaning holiday let, residential and commercial properties around the Bath area, and many satisfied customers. How much does it cost?
Every property is different, as is every host/owner, and we will be happy to provide you with a quote for the services you require if you use our contact form to get in touch!
Are you a big national agency?
No! We are a family run business with a focus on quality and close working relationships with our clients. For us, every client matters – you are a name, not a number!
How much can I make hosting?
Our team can provide you a free estimate of your hosting revenue. Every property is different, but our experience and understanding of the holiday rental market allows us to give you an accurate estimate of your potential income.
Will you advertise my property?
We will take care of listing you on the big holiday rental sites (Airbnb, booking.com, VRBO) if this is a service you require, and we are also working on our own booking portal. Watch this space!
How often do your prices change?
Rarely. While we have to run a sustainable business, we do our best to shield our customers from unexpected price changes. We have only increased our rates twice in the last four years.
Do you offer linen pick-up and drop-off?
We do indeed. Our team will take care of all of your holiday let linen hire needs – you won’t need to even think about it.
